Swift Companies, LLC has been growing and developing for almost 25 years. Originally Swift Construction, Inc. we opened in 1984 specializing in the home remodeling industry.

In 1995, Randy Minchew and Terry Alfermann combined their experience and extensive knowledge of the home remodeling industry. Truly setting in motion our concept of a home improvement company that did not operate like a large general contractor but instead first focused on the customer’s needs. In the spring of 1999 we opened the doors of Swift Windows, Doors & More.

In order to achieve customer satisfaction, we center on high quality products. That is why along with many other outstanding manufacturers we choose to use Boone County Millwork as our main supplier for Windows, Doors, Siding and much more. The gap between manufacturer, supplier and installer was bridged when we formed the concept of the Installation Division in February 2006. Boone County Millwork brought Swift Windows, Doors & More in house to create a smoothly run team.

In 2008, Randy and Terry expanded their ideas of a larger, more versatile company. A collaboration between the owners resulted in the rebirth of the company; Swift Companies, LLC. We now offer our GoldStar Divisions. These separate but connected divisions work to create a lifetime relationship with the homeowners we serve.
